With all of the bushcraft and survival blades that I test and review, there is no doubt that I need to keep a good sharpening solution close at hand. From stones and strops to field sharpeners, I have certainly tried a lot of them. Stones and strops require a lot of patience and skill, and field sharpeners just cannot do the job alone.
